i've been working a lot more on this site! can you tell? the new pages i've added are lua's page and a page about bot, but i also added some smaller ones, like these random pics of me. i also updated the guestbook and im so sad that 123guestbook shut down!! that site kept everyone afloat for so many years! i also started making my touken ranbu shrine with bot, but that's going to take much longer. so everyone will just have to wait and see how that comes out! i also realized that this site uses MS UI Gothic as its font sitewide... but that's a windows font, and i have no idea how the site shows up if you view it on mac. i do not ever plan on making this site mobile friendly because i believe everyone should be using a computer, but i would like mac users to see the site how i inteded it to look. so i'll figure that out!
i've been playing some various games. playing games distracts from my work on this site as well as my freelance design work, but i like kicking back sometimes and just enjoying them! bot and i made a zoo on zoo tycoon- i play this game a lot so i did all the zoo design, but they picked all the animal species to put in the zoo. there are tigers, manta rays, sabretooth cats, black leopards, and whale sharks.
since i'm still paying for my stupid playstation plus subscription (i cant even begin to describe how much i hate having to pay for a subscription service to play an online game... on a console i already paid for, running a game i already paid for, on an internet connection i pay for every month... subscriptions are bullshit and i usually dont do them at all but it's the only way to play with my sister lol) and we are back on our monster hunter world bullshit while we wait for MH: wilds to come out! as a hunting horn main, the game looks like a dream come true. i can bring to weapons to a battle- so i will be playing the tuba and the guitar simultaneously.
i love my MH world character, bakunawa, so much. he is a goofy guy with a giant bell, rainbow balloons, and neon pink armor. i actually usually have him in the velkhana armor which just makes him look so extra.
also, i've been playing a lot of petz for the past few days. i grew up with this game, i believe we had catz 2 when i was a tiny baby and i didn't know how to play the game at all, but all through elementary and middle school, my sister and i played petz 4 and 5. we got obsessed with hexing but this was in the old days and in our pursuit of downloading the coolest hexies and breeds, we also downloaded a bunch of viruses onto our family computer. and we esentially imploded it lol. bot now that i'm an adult i'm able to work better in petzA and pet workshop and tinker, and i can scan for viruses lmao! i also vaguely remember getting the petz-adjacent game babyz through a cereal box. like it was a box of golden grahams and it came with the babyz disc inside it. maybe i'm crazy??? i also vividly remember having petz toys- a plush cat that came with a food and water bowl. but anyway i digress.
i love my aisha very much. this hex was made by phantasmagoria and it comes with a variety of colors, but this color is the closest i could get to my childhood neopet, which was an alien aisha. anyway onto the crazy hexes!
i cant remember where this all started, but these are my three favorites from the litterz ive been breeding from a variety of sparklecat and pastel hexes i've found across the web. one of them is definitely the sparkling cats from acid trip which give them those distinctive spots. i'm kind of on a quest to make the most eye-searing petz ever because then i can make it into a warriors oc or just an oc in general! i love the huge feet and plaid textures. i also like them having smatterings of white and then also have the neon spots. we'll see if i can keep improving on them!
i'll make a longer post about random goings on sometime later, but for now, i just wanted to post about some games lol! we're just hanging out, going to kpop events, planning the wedding, and we're going on a hiking trip soon. i'll report back in soon!! love yall!
